[Modern AGE] Tweaking Peoples with Enhancements?

So I'm not even sure if it's worth doing, but I'm thinking about retooling the Peoples section so they fit with modern age characters better. I'm going to do one of the following

  • Delete the advantages section and allow the characters to buy the advantages as talents, disregarding the fact that slower movement is a disadvantage
  • Replace it with a trade-off so the player takes a voluntary penalty to even things out. Assess the penalty they take as negative enhancements
  • Keep the advantages as is, but assess their value as enhancements, then let players use a modified Ability Point Buy to purchase -1s in up to 3 abilities to compensate for the unbalance created by some Peoples having disproportionate advantage.

Also I do have a side question of whether I should consider Life Expectancy above human standard to follow the Force Multiplier rules in the enhancement section, or whether I should just disregard age disparity.
