Looking for books where the main character goes to therapy!
Post Body

Therapy, or whatever the in-world equivalent of it is! I was thinking earlier today about how interesting it was that Mercedes Lackey's Valdemar books had magical therapists who both used magic as well as traditional therapy methods to help Heralds who were suffering from trauma, and I realized that I couldn't think of any other books that had this off the top of my head. I have always been a huge fan of books that do a good job at addressing trauma, as I find them very cathartic, so I'd love to grow my TBR by adding a few that include actual therapists, mindhealers, etc!
