Fantasy in an Australian Setting?

Post Body

I've been wondering, has anyone even written fantasy (specifically pseudo-medieval) set in an Australian like world? It seems to me that there's a huge potential for plots there, especially if the aboriginal analogues have permanent settlements of their own*.

*Yes, I know, they didn't have any settlements that they lived in for any great period of time (the Victorian eel farms were probably settled and abandoned in a boom and bust cycle), but it would only take one crop (perhaps the native millet had a higher yield than IRL?) to change that.
