Do you prefer single PoV or multiple PoV stories, and why?

Personally, I tend to prefer multiple point-of-view characters in the fantasy stories that I read, as the additional perspectives can help flesh out the world better, and find that it also lends itself well to more complex plots that are harder to pull off satisfactorily from only a single character's point of view throughout the entire story.
