Looking for an epic fantasy to dig into with a great audiobook version

I work long days with mindless tasks, so I listen to books all day.

I've caught up on the Stormlight Archive, Dresden Files, first law, a lot of Discworld, and even Witcher.

I tried to get into Wheel of Time, but it was just so slow for me. I'm about 15 hours into the audiobook and the kids are still travelling to their destination. I understand it's a lengthy series, and is supposedly worth the ride, but its just too slow.

I would love to have a fantasy series with an interesting world, intriguing characters, and a fair amount of humour.
