Let me first start of that I have history with content creation from over a decade ago and have videos on free tube sites that went viral with millions of views but it was just for validation and no money was made back then. I have fans in the big penis niche and several adult profile accounts with in between 10k to 20k followers like Pornhub, xhamster, xvids, fetlife, twitter but they were built over a decade and I fear many followers aren't active anymore.
I never produced a lot of content because the solo jerk off seemed repetitive but perhaps I'm mistaken and just being too demanding, however seeing the content creators making a lot of money I believe I should be able to monetize this asset as I'm not starting from scratch.

Since I also got a lot of questions about my penis size I wrote an e-book about my experience with penis enlargement make some passive income that has been doing ok but could do better.

I set up my Fansly account about a month ago and from the research I did on youtube I gathered I had to build an online presence again and have some new content first before charging subs for any money but I'm not sure about when is a good time to start introducing the tier system.

The tier system was something I had to think about but I think I have figured it out as most people aren't subscribing for the content but for the personal connection.

Silver: access to all pics and videos for $10.
Gold: access to all pics and videos my e-book that is selling for $25 personal coaching on penis enlargement DM's about whatever for $40 a month.

For custom content I charge $5 a pic and $10 per min for videos.
Also considered putting the custom videos for sale on manyvids and/or Pornhub
