Best way to convert videos from HDR to SDR on Macbook Pro?

I have been struggling with the quality of my videos and finally think I figured out why...I turned HDR off in my iPhone 12 Pro camera settings to avoid quality issues going forward, but I have a bunch of content in iMovie on my Macbook that I can't figure out how to switch from HDR to SDR so that I can re-upload the wonky looking ones...I know it's possible in Final Cut Pro, but I don't want to purchase FCP just for this (maybe one day when I actually know what I'm doing lol). Any advice would be superrrr appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!
