What app are you using for putting text and blur on videos?

I’ve been using the free version of VSCO where you can add a filter and sort of add text (but the text can’t disappear or come up at a certain time). I also can’t seem to blur parts of a video.
Wondering if there’s any other recommended options out there :)
(Preferably something to be used from an iPhone, I’m not really one to jump on a computer or laptop for editing).
