I had surgery and have been down for 3 weeks but want an overall look at my page so I can plan and reasses before next year. It would help since I'm going nuts on bedrest anyways🙏😭 any advice for content without using the lower hand of the body for a few weeks and reels for socials would be greatly appreciated
