Should small creators do PPV dms? I have 13 subs rn and I'm contemplating whether to start

I don't dm my subs at all for now — kind of overwhelmed by everything I have to do to have my fansly running
Should it be one of the biggest priorities? Should I start even though I'm small?

Tbh....I only send out a ppv once a month. I only have 20 subs...I am happy with the upward climb, but I again this is only me.
