How do I make mine look like the second pic

This probably a stupid question but I hate how mine says option 1, 2, 3 like I just want it to say sub to any of these.
I have it to where anything on the blue sub you also have access to purple and pink so I’d think I can just put blue and it would automatically put sub to ether of these but I have to put each individual teir you can sub to unlock for all to show up. But everyone else’s looks cleaner
