Does anyone else get an upload error every time they upload photos?

This started happening in the last month, I contacted support and they were unable to help me. I’m only able to upload if I screen shot it first

Yeah I think that’s the issue! How do I get it to not change/or stay jpg?

At first I thought it was a problem with a photo editor app I was using but even just uploading directly from the camera has the same issue, minus with videos. I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro Max
