Convert followers to subs

Does anyone have any advice on how to convert from followers to subs I’ve only been on fansly about a month I have over 300 followers but only 10 subs I try to engage daily with all my subs and ALOT of my followers but just can’t seem to get them to convert, my months fee is $5 but still can’t get the conversion id like any help is greatly appreciated
