Streaming Works but tips don’t…

Just tried to stream for the past hour. Got a few people in the chat then they are all saying they all can’t tip. 🙄
We had a goal originally and people said they can only tip the goal amount. So we removed it. Still nothing.
Tried it with Lovense on and off. With the wheel and without the wheel. Nothing.
Using OBS to stream.
Any suggestions? How to? Articles? Support? Can’t really find anything with good information.
