Okay so idek where to begin😅 for starters I started fansly as a complete sw virgin so I rly didn’t have a clue of what to do. But this is what I did do:

Basic layout: my most popular sub tier is $15 no ppv all content on wall included (I want to raise this to maybe $25-35). I also had little to no promo. 99% is from fansly fyp.

First month: I believe I set my tier for $9 originally. I was posting full nude previews and getting a lot of engagement(likes). I HIGHLY recommend once u start ur account post at least 3x a day everyday because fansly gives a fyp push to new creators..take advantage of that because it makes it sooo much easier to build off of. (For the first 2 weeks I was going live on TikTok, I had alotttt of ppl dming for a link. In my experience, TikTok live gets u so much more Custy’s than just posting videos. Idk why but once I got banned from live no one was hitting me up)

Second month: I think I raised my price to $12 because subs that came from my live streaming (on a different platform) told me it was “too cheap” no one complained about the price jump but I also had maybe 50 subs? Idk lol. I also stopped posting full nude teasers, this lowered my “like” count but it gave me more subs. I also made a $5 tier for “tits & booty but no pussy”

Third month: I believe this is when I raised it to $15. At this point I started posting 2 videos a day 1 photo. I don’t really recommend that way of posting because I feel like posting bunches of photos lowers fyp engagement (at least for me, videos do much better on fyp) I also give a discount to my $5 subs for the $15 content, & full price for everyone else. I feel like this helped alottt especially since I have no ppv

4th month: I think this is when I slacked off for 2 weeks. I barely posted. Engagement all across went to shit. My followers weren’t seeing my post and they also weren’t on fyp. This is why it’s sooo important to post consistently because it is so hard to build that back up & keep motivation.

5th month: I was slowly getting back on fyp by posting consistently. I don’t remember what the views were but I was getting 20-30 likes (sometimes more) compared to the 10-15 I was getting before.

6th month: back on fyp, had multiple videos hit 2k-5k views..I started posting some “TikTok style” promo vids which some did well some didn’t. But I also always made sure (ever since my second month) to make every video preview “fyp” worthy so that my subs aren’t getting spammed with promo content instead of ‘real’ content. To avoid nudity, I put a blur filter using CapCut over my videos. Ex: when I move my undies to the side, or right before a tiddie flash I put the blur on. Also…a huge reason for the spike is because someone thought my gfe ($400)

ADVICE: 1. u can say no to things u don’t want to do. In the beginning I kinda forgot I could do that so I was doing things I didn’t necessarily want to do. Which then makes u either 1. Hate ur job 2. Feel gross & 3. Want to quit. To keep myself mentally healthy I only do things that I actually want to do. If u go against ur own moral code (which is different for everyone) that’s when u start to feel “gross” about what ur doing.

1. If ur the type of person that holds ur value in sex, this probly isn’t the job for you. I hold my value in who I am as a person, not how many bodies I have. Even when I was a virgin I didn’t hold value in that. Others are different, if ur the latter you (in my opinion) will eventually regret ur decision. Simply because the patriarchy views bodycount & sw the same way. (But that’s a hot take lol)

2. This isn’t just a “post nudes” and ur rich type of job. So look up YouTube videos about sales, business, marketing, photography ect. From ‘normal’ ppl not just from a sw pov. If u look hard enough you can find YouTube videos from college professors that are meant for literal business degrees. From my experience the sw girls who do post advice, it’s generally the same basic advice across the board..which is good but also annoying.

3. Post 3x a day everyday (obviously..how many times does this subreddit have to say this😂) and have good lighting. They want to be able to SEE everything. If ur content is fuzzy/dark/ lacking clear view of ur content then that’s bad. I have one ring light off Amazon for like $40 & that’s rly all u “need” (but tbh i have grown to hate my ring light so I want to invest in box(?) lighting)

4. People subscribe because it’s more “intimate” than watching a random on Pornhub so use that info with what u will.

• I forgot to mention, on my 6th month is when I started promo on X & Reddit, but honestly it wasn’t even full promo like I was barely promoting. I think I got 20ppl from Reddit & around 30 from X? But I’m not sure if they’re actually subbed it’s just the stats from my poll I posted.

• also my page is not locked to subs/ followers. Which is why I don’t post nudity. If ur page is locked to subs (not just followers) I would recommend showing nudity. But also there’s multiple different ways to run ur page there’s no “right vs wrong way” I will admit I feel like the no PPV hurts more than it helps.

• my niche is “teen” (I’m genuinely 19) the reason I use that niche is because I don’t do anal, piss, squirt, extra creamy creamer like i literally have no other niche to do💀 which honestly made me feel like an inadequate creator because I can’t do those things but hey, in the long run I don’t think it matters fr.

• please, if ur a new creator u do not need a manager. Don’t fall for the trap.

OH another piece of advice: whatever body type u are post/ pose in ways that accentuate ur best attributes. For me, I’m pretty skinny and have basically no ass/tits so why am I posing in ways that typically are meant for the bbl baddies? Learn ur body and find the angles look best <3 (following ppl with similar body types helps alot with finding angles that look good)

THINGS I STRUGGLE WITH: getting ideas for content, my captions honestly suck so bad and I’m awful at responding to DMs. Also keeping a schedule, i literally have no schedule set up which makes it harder than it needs to be.

FUTURE PLANS: I want to turn into a kitty girl (new niche so I’m not stuck being a “teen” for 5 years lol) and start promo on X with all the big promo accs and have them join my “free” of. And also use youtube. <- I’m mainly going to promote my OF but Fansly is still an option if they want it.
