Anyone here has Paxum problems?

I had my funds there since June, I have been attempting to withdraw my funds since and till now (almost a month already) its being rejected. I was asked for bank statement to see if the information i put are accurate which IS IT ACCURATE! BUT never heard from them since i provided my bank statement. Any advice on this? im so worried
