Sending messages to rebillers only?

I'd like to gift my fans with their renew on, but only those who already renewed at least once, so I know there's no leecher trying to get free content with the renew on and turning it off days before rebilling.
I already do it on OF and works pretty fine, but I use an extension there. I'd love if Fansly already has some native option to do this.
