Hey! Exactly what the question says. I took a look through the questions people have had about taxes, and based on some answers it seems like you should be getting a 1099 if you've earned over $600 and you're from the US...but it also seems like that's not a guarantee (and given that I think 1099s are supposed to be sent out by January 31st, I get the feeling that if you don't have it now, you aren't going to get one).
I promise I'm not trying to seem rude or flippant, but is there any reason you can't just tally up your payouts for the year in the "Earnings/Wallet" tab under "Payout Requests" and add them up to get the amount you've earned that's actually hit your bank account? Reading through questions is making me feel like I'm missing something, which is 100% on brand for me and I don't want to mess up something so important.
((It's also possible that taxes are generally terrifying and we're all seeing it as this big scary dragon to slay when maybe the solution is simpler than it seems, so if phrasing it the way I am is helping me handle it a bit better, maybe it will help someone else too.))

Thank you for all the information! I'll look out for it next year then, and tally up what I've made by hand. Good luck to all of us! Hopefully it goes smoothly!
