How did Bailey know Stephen Buchanan may have been carrying a gun?

At the start of the clip she’s scared when he shows up bc she thinks he might be armed, but there’s no reference of him having a gun in any chat logs or anything. The one way she would realistically be scared about him having a gun would be by a further background information on him, which would clearly give away that it’s a sting operation.
