Going all out with color

I have died my hair (professionally only) but only natural colors like brown with blonde ends. I want to go you a purple/blue or a fire engine red and black. I use baking soda /tgel to wash once a week and conditioner and coconut oil to condition. I still have mild dandruff so will this make it worse? Also any other tips are helpful.
