Help with my blonde hair
Post Body

I have really long, straight, naturally blonde hair. It gets pretty oily and flat the day after its been washed. I never do anything with it really, besides put it up in a pony tail for work. Sometimes when it gets a bit frizzy I'll straighten quickly but that is maybe once every couple of months. Now that summer is rolling around I want to swim almost daily but I don't want my hair to suffer too much. I have a swim cap and I'm going to start wetting my hair and maybe putting a bit of conditioner in my hair before I go to the pool. I still have to wash it almost daily now. I'm afraid that is just going to damage it, so I was going to see if you guys had any advice to improve my hair. Previously I washed it 2 or 3 times a week. I use Rusk calming shampoo and Aussie moist conditioner. Those are all the products that I ever really put on my hair. I don't have a lot of money to put into this but I'm all for products with a lot of value. I really appreciate any advice anyone has! :)
