I've heard all the horror stories about Fanatec's customer service and was ready for a delay with the Corsair takeover, but decided to take the gamble anyway and order from them as I've always longed after their stuff.
Anyway, I placed an order with them October 3rd. Podium DD1, Clubsport V3 Pedals, and the Formula V2.5 wheel. All listed as being in stock on their website and avail to ship within 5-7 days. However, the order is still "in process" on their website. As you can imagine, I'm incredibly frustrated. I emailed them through their website's contact form. About two days later, I received a reply saying that they had forwarded the ticket to the correct department and should be hearing back shortly. That was about a week and a half ago. Still nothing. I've tried following up with the email they sent me and there has been no response.
Is this just par for the course and I should just wait it out on them? Is there another way to contact them that could get me some answers? A different email? A phone number? Or am I just screwed on this. Any answers/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, everybody!
