"Interesting" experience with my pending repair

My wheel has been sitting in their new Texas repair shop for over 2 weeks now, and I finally got an email about it a couple days ago confirming they had it. (Side note: Never try to use a DD Pro with a Playseat Challenge, the resulting combination is very unstable...) Now, last night, I got an email from FedEx showing that a label had been created for what seemed to be a wheel, coming from Texas... Only to be swiftly followed by another email, showing that the label had been cancelled. This was not accompanied by any communication from Fanatec... Any idea what gives? Can I still expect a repair?
