Another victim of BF order here. Lurked heavilly on reddit with 0 CS response when contacting them as well. Actually sent a cancellation request and bought a g923 as i was 'in process' not sent to warehouse. After no responce there. i placed a chargeback last monday with CC co opening investigation on wed and fanatec finally replying to my original support message and had fedex tracking by friday afternoon. Completely ignored the cancelation request. W/e there, returned the logi set.

Roll to today to really hit the nail in the coffin. Took today off work, to be home to sign. 1050 chillin on the couch (About 6ft from the front door) my phone pings "missed you, will try again tomorrow". Dog never barked that someone was approaching the door. I check no driver in the lot to stop. Call fedex they say driver left a "door tag" in the system. I keeping them on the line, and check door again. walk to the leasing office, nothing there either.

After some back and forth a dropped call and 2 more Fedex CS reps laters. The best they can offer is ensuring it gets delivered to the the nearest pickup facility tomorrow so i can pick up on wed. requiring a signature cost me a day of work and 2 more days of waiting.

I mean 2 more days after waiting this long isnt much but still from fanatec to fedex just repetitive poor and lazy customer service all around.

Edit: CS never submitted in the pickup at facility and got notification to missed delivery aorund 930am on the phone. After lengthy cs call i just worked arpund and swapped shift around for the rest of my work week. Around 8am i shut the dog the bedroom and just sat on the couch with the front door open. Finally got my order in full today at 10am. And now im stuck working grave for next couple days. T.T

I at least got everything mostly assembled and drivers updated/installed before work though.
