The Menu A Missed Detail?

In the scene near the end in Chef's secret room, along with the Hamburger Howie award, we see photos of Chef with a wife and baby. Now who could the baby be? I think the only possibility is Felicity, George's agent. They had a throw away line about student loans, but that's more of a punishment for her than a reason that she aught to be at Hawthorne. What are your thoughts about why there was a picture of a baby in the lair of exposition?
