Revealing a 'mystery character's' identity?

Post Body
My current WIP includes a mystery character that will be revealed a few chapters in, but the thing is, the reader already knows who this is. What I'm trying to decide is, do I hint toward the person's identity and let them figure it out, or do I keep it as vague as possible? What I want to go for is, I want them to think they know who it is, but doubt themselves, and then when it's revealed be like "I knew it!" or just be shocked.
