How the ever loving fuck do you beat procrastination when you have to upload a chapter with a schedule?

I have to upload a chapter today and I am maybe 1 quarter through everything I need to write. I just can't find the motivation so please tell me how to develop the energy and motivation to. Or if you have any tips and tricks.
