What do you do when your Fandom is really small?

So what do you do when your fandom is small?
Like I really liked this show on Netflix called “Pretty Smart” only one season and like 10 eps that ended on a cliff hanger and not renewed so no satisfying ending. So I checked into the Fanfiction and luckily it had a tag in AO3 but like only 2 stories.
Anyone else have a fandom like this and what do you do?
