Should I consider prematch at Jackson Park Chicago?

I have 6 IVs in FM I have a feeling that two of those really reciprocated me at the interviews and meet and greet but this offer from Jackson Park Family Medical Center Chicago sent me a prematch offer.
Their hospital is a bit run down and management is not the best they sen time a contract with mistakes in it the coordinator doesn’t pick up their phone and and not very prompt at responding to emails. But I love the city and have family here.
