Does "Full Scope" exist anymore?
Post Body
Army Family Medicine Doctor 1 year post residency. Current practice is all outpt, but have a good age spread (newborns to 60's) get to do most procedures including vasectomies. Missing OB, inpt and a few other things. Does a such thing as full scope exist outside of residency faculty and Military? I feel like in my limited experience those are the only 2 options to be able to maintain all the skills we're taught in residency.
