Joint legal custody, 45% physical custody, never missed a support payment, and have to constantly fight with ex to just get my 45%.

My ex refuses to communicate healthcare appointments or even provide results. Fights me if I schedule an appointment to take our child in for a physical. Wants to control every aspect of the child’s life. I requested in writing that she communicate these things and she agreed but still refuses to do so. I have to call doctors after the fact. I want to know the treatments and be a part of the decision process.

Ex also enrolls her in travel sports with no discussion that has away games that require travel and overnights away from home on my time. I think it’s great she’s into sports but I can’t afford to pay support and drive all over and pay for hotels for this.

I’m not sure what to do. Anytime I’ve used FOC it’s backfired and get it shoved down my throat. I can’t really afford an attorney. Feel absolutely powerless.
