Ive just turned 17 My mom recently has done drugs and went into a psychosis she was admitted into a psych ward for a week then got out and ever since she hasn’t been acting right and it’s getting really bad she doesn’t believe im her son and she doesn’t stay at the house with me and much more

Anyways my mom has custody of me and my dad only has visitation custody

My dad works overseas but he has a house in a different state I can go and live there with his partner she says she will take care of me with no problem I’ve never met her irl before but my dad and her have been together for more than 10 years

My dad is coming back to the US in a month and says he can pick me up and bring all my stuff and goto Texas with him but like I said he works overseas so he will be leaving me with his partner

Will I be able to go with him even tho my mother has custody over me and my dad only has visitation custody?

I really want to go but im scared that once I do go my mom can bring me back

My mom has always had history of hallucinations and saying crazy stuff that isn’t true but it hasn’t been to this extreme as of this year.
