Am I entitled to inheritance when my father dies?
Post Body

My father left my mom, me and a brother and sister when I was 10 years old. Back in 1974. I saw him in 1979 briefly and since haven’t had any contact with him whatsoever. He remarried maybe 40 years ago and his wife has 4 children which he raised and didn’t pay child support to my mother until years later when I was in my 20’s. I found out he’s alive. I live in Colorado. He lives in Florida. My question is when he passes am I and my siblings entitled to any inheritance? I’m 60 now and he’ll be 80 next year. TIA
