Recently got myself a gaming PC (at last) so am trying to set up some good PC mods for Fallout 4

One mod I particularly liked on PS4 was FreeFall 4 - But there doesnt appear to be an equivalent for PC, is there any way you can play PS4 mods on PC?

Alternatively, are there good Cut Content mods for PC? The MAIN thing I’m looking for is something to restore the Minutemen Sentinel ending to take place immediately after the Minutemen Ending, rather than having to read a note as in Ending Epilogue Restored - is there any other mod that does this? Or would someone be able to teach me how to make this myself?

While I’m here, are there any mods that fix the utterly broken Level 4 Vendors? Or mods that allow you to access their personal inventories (change their weapons, armor etc.)
