[fo4] Which is best to replace plasma guns and gauss guns?

Reason I want to replace is just aesthetics but performance maybe important too. I don't know if I will use the weapons (so considering for NPCs) because I just love the Wattz laser gun and Service Rifle... maybe I will have to replace later if they don't level well enough.
So I'm looking at:
