Hi guys

My last 2 playthroughs I've recently tried to play with mods have made it so any time I go near Boston basically the entire city becomes invisible and/or any time I go near Boston common it completely freezes my game

I initially thought that the first time It was cause I had too many mods installed, however I started a second playthrough and just raced to Boston as fast as I could to see if I would be able to play it with the mods that I REALLY wanted to play with however I still had the problem with none of the buildings loading in

Here is a list of the mods I have installed in Load order:

1. Unofficial fallout 4 patch
2. Sim settlements three in one
3. Mighty clean settlements sanctuary
4. Mighty clean settlements the castle
5. Infinite ammo for companions
6. Better graphics and weather
7. No build limit all DLC
8. Improved map with visible roads
9. Everyone's best friend
10. Full dialogue
11. K9 harness
12. Holstered weapons
13. Armour and clothing overhaul
14. Sim settlements cheat holotape

I'm really hoping you guys might have a suggestion for me because I really wanna playthrough at the moment and play sim settlements but at this stage I'm thinking I'll just give up :(
