Can someone help? FO3 Ironsights Mod

I want to get HR Ironsights or any iron sight mod, but all the guides have people using WVE or EVE or whatever. I just want ironsights and dont want any of the extra mods that all the guides use in their videos. Can someone walk me through how to JUST get ironsights with as few downloads and installations as possible? Really just ironsights mod withiuout EVE or WMK or WVE.
