(FNV)Solid Project Not showing up in MCM nor working!

So I've been avoiding asking for help because of the whole,"if you ask a q that is answered in the description you'll get banned from the mod", but I've done everything the description has asked for. I've downloaded all the required mods and i don't have any mods that are incompatible. The mod isn't working nor is it popping up in the MCM. I've been having this problem for a while. any and all help is appreciated.
