First off, here's my load order

So, basically, I'm having multiple issues, and I'm not sure what's causing them:

Some male NPCs have huge errors over them. Going closer shows they looks fine, but the error is still there; I'm pretty sure this is related to the skin, but I'm not sure how.

Some icons for items are purple. Just big purple errors. Most notably, chem items such as med-x, stimpacks, and rad-x, but also some chem items added by CAM.

Some icons for weapons and weapons mods are purple, and the weapons themselves are just great big errors. On my test save, this is the 9 iron, and the '9 iron gecko hand wrap' or whatever the full name is.

There's a severe lag when attempting to open any container at all, to the point where the only container I managed to open took at least two minutes to open.

Most importantly, and, I think, severely, I cannot open the wait menu, or the pause menu. I can use both when within the starter shack for roleplayer's alteernate start, and can do both for about thirty seconds when loading into the game world, but after this, I am unable to do anything with either.

I'm pretty sure most of these are probably easy fixable, but they're frustrating as hell.
