[FO4] Can't launch game. Crashes on launching. Help?

Every time I try and launch Fallout 4, it gets as far as giving me a black screen, then goes right to that faded-out 'your game can't load' screen, and ctds.
I have the latest F4SE, and I've updated as many of my mods as possible to their latest versions, and installed as many patches as I can find for all of them.
