[FO4] Does setting "Max Level" to 0 in "Encounter Zone" make it have no level cap?

Post Body

I.E. if I open up something in FO4Edit that changes the Encounter Zone "CombatZoneZone," and I change the Vanilla Max Level 35 into a 0, will everything there just scale with me to whatever the NPC's max level is?

Then, does this 0 apply to "Non-Player Character (Actor)" Calc max level as well? So basically, if an Encounter Zone with Mirelurks had the Max Level 0, the Non-Player Character for Mirelurks Calc max level was 0, and my character was level 200, would the Mirelurks there also be level 200?

(Side note; what does "Auto Calc Stats" mean? I'm patching some mods together.)

EDIT: And what's "Disposition Base?" Because that's right under "Calc max level."

EDIT TWO: So I believe "Disposition Base" is something like Affinity; or at least that's what I'm getting from people asking about it on Skyrim message boards.

Auto Calc Stats will automatically give stats depending on the race and level of whatever it is, and the stats you can assign below it are an offset.

"PC Level Mult" makes NPC's level depending on the players level, and "level mult" is the multiplier. I.E. level mult 1.5 with a player level of 10 makes the enemy level 15.

And lastly, yes, setting the number to 0 does in fact make the max capless.
