[FO4] Is there a mod that allows moving workshop contents like turrets between settlements?

I overused Scrap Everything in sanctuary and am now moving all my settlers over to the castle. Is there a mod that allows the transportation of something like a turret or a wooden floor? I read everywhere that Supply Lines only transport junk, materials, and excess food/water.
