Fallout New Vegas crashes when entering/exiting buildings.

I started up a modded playthrough of New Vegas and everything has been fine except for every 20-30 minutes the game will crash when im entering or exiting a building. I tried one possible solution I found of disabling autosaves and using the CASM but that has not helped.
