[FO4] Mod Recommendations for "Vanilla Total Conversions" of Fallout 4...?

So, let me explain: I want to know if there are any "Total Coversion" mods where people have just low-key agrigated hundreds of "You know, [this thing] was a big missed oportunity in the base game." and said "Yes, yes it WAS." then FIXED IT, hundreds-and-hundreds of times so that it's sort-of "Fallout 4: Reloaded!", a "total conversion" that makes minimal changes other than EXPANDING on EVERYTHING the base-game already did...

Idealy it would be compatible with the most-recent version and all the DLC including paid creation-club items.
