I was watching a ESO vid from 3 years ago about how to install mods on NV and NVHR he install goes directly too vortex but the newest one that came out today says to install and extract directly too New Vegas root folder I have no idea what that means, is that the folder that appear when u go on steam to look at the files? I don’t really know how to do it either could use some help
