I’m having a weird fov and pov glitch. Haven’t seen this anywhere else. Please watch the vid and read what I said

Like I said I have no clue what’s going on. I was playing fine before this, I went out and ran some errands, obviously saved and shut my pc off before leaving and when I came back and booted up my previous save all of my guns and shit we’re glitched. I reloaded old saves, still bugged. I played with my mods, still bugged, I downloaded pov mods and height mods and fov mods. Nothings worked. I don’t know why it’s so weird like this.
