I'm just trying to get a basic running version of this and have never had this much trouble. The game will load and even let me start a new game but as soon as gameplay should begin, (Opening eyes in doc Mitchells house) I just get an instant frozen loading screen. I have a save at the exit to vault 101 and if I try to leave, instant frozen loading screen. can run around in the entrance though.(After testing, I can load into any save game but basically any loading screen freezes instantly and renders the game unplayable)

I have followed the Viva new vegas guide to the T and it is definitely NVTF that's causing the freeze, if I uncheck it as well as the Viva new vegas ini file for it (MO2). I can actually get in game.I don't even have a have load order as of yet

Crash log tells me nothing, has anyone else had this issue and is there any fix? As of right now I'm about to just throw nvtf in the garbage.
