starting a new game to rebuild my sanctuary and i wanna make it a bit easier on myself as the settlement is quite big and it can get hard to just use S.C.A.P to clean everything up, especially when i load the game up a lot of the debris and rubbish and respawn.

id like to find a mod that cleans all the rubbish and shrubs in the settlement without touching the bridge as i like to remove the bridge and build my own and unfortunately most of the clean sanctuary mods repair the bridge whish make it hard for the remove bridge mods to work.

i also use Sanctuary River Saloon and NoRespawns - Sole Survivor's Sanctuary Home and build my city around them so id like to find a mod that's compatible with them.

Ps. on a side note if anyone knows someone that knows and is willing to help make a settlement mod with me that would be cool. ive been working on this sanctuary settlement for multiple playthroughs and id like to finish and be able to use it as a mod but i dont know how to use CK
