Need help to port a modified mod

Alright, so I asked a couple days ago how to modify an existing mod (Stealth Suit - New Vegas, I wanted to make it so it doesn’t take up all the slots). I eventually figured out how to do it by unticking the right boxes in Fo4Edit. Works on PC, it’s just the faction material swaps don’t appear on the chest plate, which sucks but I think it’s conflict with my girlfriend’s load order. The important thing is I want to port this slot modified version of the New Vegas Stealth Suit to my Xbox. Unfortunately, when I upload to Bethnet, it shows as a dozen MB when it should be in the hundreds. In-game, attempting to craft the item locks me in the chem station, and if I load into an existing save with the armor from the normal version of the mod, it’s invisible. Clearly I’m not getting all the files. Have tried to compress the archive files for XBox using 2Archive, when I do that, the CreationKit doesn’t recognise the BA2 files as valid for dragging and dropping and uploading to Bethnet. Really need some advice, help me out so I can finally sort this and get some peace of mind!
