Are there any decent tools for figuring out what is causing fps drops? I am for the life of me not able to figure out why this is happening to me but I keep getting extreme fps drops in I guess I'd say rural areas?

Center of Diamond city: Literally like a wall of FPS drop once I reach just past the stairs to the market place in diamond city fps drops from a stable capped 60 fps to 30(was 20 with default enb settings, allocated more ram through enblocal.ini to 24 gb from default 10 gb).

Vault 81: Anywhere in lower section of the vault, drops to 20-30 fps.

Goodneighbor: 20-30 fps.

Coverga Assembly: Inside plant 20-30 fps.

Most everywhere else, even Boston ruins 60 fps.

Graphics card is an Nvidia Geforce 2070.

32 gb of Ram

Have tried disabling Vsync, have lowered settings for shadows and disabled godrays in ini settings. Set fallout 4 to priority with ini configuration tool.

Have edited the ini files of varius mods such as high fps physics fix

The real Kicker is I've even disabled all of my mods and tried to load in and still have the fps drops in the exact same spots.
